coopers Fish and Chippery is located on the pristine esplanade at Manly. Taking in the magnificent waterfront vista was key to the relaxed ambience of this delightful project.  Set in a magnificent Queenslander style building, consideration was given to open air dining and to invite diners up the stairs from street level.  In the Queensland summer you need confidence that excellent specs will mean your salad and seafood will be cold and fresh and the chips will be fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside.  Coopers - a delightful place to breathe in the fresh salt air and watch the world go by.
